Kurz gesagt: Die App erhebt keine persönlichen Daten. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analysedienste.
Was auf deinem Gerät gespeichert wird. Deine Einstellungen (z. B. vegetarisch, vegan, Familienrezepte, Portionen), der Verlauf der vorgeschlagenen Gerichte (höchstens 30 Tage, jederzeit löschbar), deine Favoriten und deine Einkaufslisten werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Sie werden weder an mich noch an Dritte übertragen. Wenn du die App löschst, werden diese Daten entfernt.
Keine Verbindung zu eigenen Servern. Die Rezepte werden direkt in der App zusammengestellt. Die App benötigt dafür keine Internetverbindung und sendet keine Daten.
Erinnerungen. Die tägliche Erinnerung ist freiwillig, wird lokal auf deinem Gerät geplant und lässt sich jederzeit in den Einstellungen der App ausschalten.
Teilen. Wenn du ein Rezept oder eine Einkaufsliste teilst, entscheidest du selbst, an wen und über welche App der Text gesendet wird.
App Store. Der Download erfolgt über den App Store von Apple. Für die dabei verarbeiteten Daten ist Apple verantwortlich; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Hinweis zu Rezepten und Fotos (KI). Die Rezepte wurden mit KI-Unterstützung entwickelt, werden von der App automatisch zusammengestellt und wurden nicht in einer Testküche geprüft. Die Fotos sind KI-generiert und zeigen Serviervorschläge. Die Rezepte sind keine Ernährungs- oder Gesundheitsberatung. Bitte prüfe Zutaten auf Allergene und Unverträglichkeiten.

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien MünnichBeim Aufruf der Seite erfasst der Hoster automatisch technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten in Server-Logfiles: gekürzte IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, abgerufene Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Statusmeldung, Browsertyp und -version, Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL und Provider. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb). Die Logdateien werden nach höchstens 7 Tagen gelöscht. Aus den Logdateien wird eine zusammengefasste Zugriffsstatistik erstellt, etwa die Anzahl der Seitenaufrufe und die Herkunftsseiten; ein Rückschluss auf einzelne Personen ist dabei nicht möglich. Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO; die Server stehen in Deutschland. Die Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt über HTTPS.
Wenn du mir eine E-Mail schreibst, verwende ich deine Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, gegebenenfalls Name und Inhalt der Nachricht) ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage und gebe sie nicht an Dritte weiter. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Nachricht wird gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich ist, spätestens nach sechs Monaten.
Du hast nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21). Dafür genügt eine formlose E-Mail an die oben genannte Adresse. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren; zuständig ist die Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
Wenn sich die App oder die Rechtslage ändert, passe ich diese Erklärung an. Es gilt die jeweils hier abrufbare Fassung. Maßgeblich ist die deutsche Fassung.
In short: the app does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
What is stored on your device. Your settings (such as vegetarian, vegan, family recipes, servings), the history of suggested dishes (30 days at most, can be cleared at any time), your favorites and your shopping lists are stored only on your device. They are not sent to me or to any third party. Deleting the app removes this data.
No connection to my servers. Recipes are put together inside the app. The app does not need an internet connection for this and does not send any data.
Reminders. The daily reminder is optional, scheduled locally on your device, and can be turned off in the app's settings at any time.
Sharing. When you share a recipe or shopping list, you decide who receives the text and through which app.
App Store. The app is downloaded through Apple's App Store. Apple is responsible for the data processed in that context; Apple's privacy policy applies.
About the recipes and photos (AI). The recipes were developed with AI assistance, are put together automatically by the app and have not been tested in a test kitchen. The photos are AI-generated serving suggestions. The recipes are not nutritional or medical advice. Please check ingredients for allergens and intolerances.
This page uses no cookies, tracking, analytics, external fonts or external scripts. It is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open the page, the host automatically records technically necessary access data in server log files: shortened IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, status, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log files are deleted after 7 days at most. The log files are used to produce aggregated access statistics, such as the number of page views and referring pages; these cannot be traced back to individual persons. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; the servers are located in Germany. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.
If you write to me, I use your details (email address and, where given, your name and the content of your message) only to handle your request and do not pass them on. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed, after six months at the latest.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An informal email to the address above is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
If the app or the legal situation changes, this policy will be updated. The version available here applies. The German version is authoritative.
En resumen: la app no recopila datos personales. No hay cuenta, publicidad, rastreo ni servicios de análisis.
Qué se guarda en tu dispositivo. Tus ajustes (por ejemplo vegetariano, vegano, recetas familiares, porciones), el historial de platos sugeridos (máximo 30 días, se puede borrar en cualquier momento), tus favoritos y tus listas de compras se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo. No se envían a mí ni a terceros. Al eliminar la app, estos datos se borran.
Sin conexión a servidores propios. Las recetas se generan dentro de la app. Para ello la app no necesita conexión a internet y no envía ningún dato.
Recordatorios. El recordatorio diario es opcional, se programa localmente en tu dispositivo y puedes desactivarlo en cualquier momento en los ajustes de la app.
Compartir. Cuando compartes una receta o una lista de compras, tú decides a quién y con qué app se envía el texto.
App Store. La app se descarga a través del App Store de Apple. Apple es responsable de los datos tratados en ese contexto; se aplica la política de privacidad de Apple.
Sobre las recetas y las fotos (IA). Las recetas se desarrollaron con ayuda de IA, la app las arma automáticamente y no fueron probadas en una cocina de pruebas. Las fotos están generadas con IA y muestran sugerencias de presentación. Las recetas no constituyen asesoría nutricional ni médica. Revisa los ingredientes por posibles alérgenos e intolerancias.
Esta página no utiliza cookies, rastreo, herramientas de análisis, fuentes externas ni scripts externos. Está alojada en ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Alemania. Al abrir la página, el proveedor registra automáticamente en archivos de registro los datos de acceso técnicamente necesarios: dirección IP abreviada, fecha y hora, archivo solicitado, cantidad de datos transferidos, estado, tipo y versión del navegador, sistema operativo, URL de procedencia y proveedor de acceso. Existe un contrato de encargo de tratamiento conforme al art. 28 del RGPD; los servidores están en Alemania. La transmisión se realiza cifrada mediante HTTPS.
Si me escribes, uso tus datos (dirección de correo y, en su caso, tu nombre y el contenido del mensaje) únicamente para atender tu solicitud y no los comparto con terceros. Los mensajes se eliminan cuando dejan de ser necesarios, a más tardar después de seis meses.
Conforme al RGPD tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad de los datos y oposición. Basta con un correo informal a la dirección indicada arriba. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de protección de datos; la autoridad competente es la Comisionada de Berlín para la Protección de Datos y la Libertad de Información.
Si la app o la situación legal cambian, esta política se actualizará. Se aplica la versión disponible aquí. La versión en alemán es la que prevalece.
